Scott Tang 唐晟

Scott Tang is currently a partner at Shengqian Accounting Firm in Canada, an independent director, and chair of the audit committee for a Hong Kong Main Board listed company, and an executive director of a Hong Kong fund company/family office. With extensive local experience in finance, tax, and consulting in Canada, he specializes in overall financial and tax planning, as well as investment and financing in Canada, Mainland China, and Hong Kong. He serves as a financial and tax advisor to several Chinese companies' Canadian subsidiaries. He has also worked at PwC and Ernst & Young for over seven years as an audit manager and was an investment financial manager, investor relations head, and company secretary at a subsidiary of CITIC Group.
