Michael Ding, with experience as a Crown Prosecutor at the Department of Justice Canada, has successfully represented the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) in the Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and Ontario Court of Appeal. He previously served as an assistant to a Canadian tax court judge in Ottawa.
